Registered statement of desired education and training outcomes and its associated assessment criteria together with administrative and other information as specified in the regulations.

All qualifications and part qualifications registered (or proposed for registration) on the National Qualifications Framework are public property. Thus the only payment that can be made for them is for service and reproduction. It is illegal to sell this material for profit.
